Polycoat Product has been a leading manufacturer
of high performance Polyurea and Polyurethane coatings for over
three decades. Polycoat’s strong leadership, pioneering technology
and innovation has resulted in some of the patented coating applications
in the industry.
The Polyeuro® product series consist of 100%
solids, fast set plural components elastomaric Polyurea and Polyurethane
coatings. The series include Aliphatic, Aromatic and Hybrids systems
and are spray applied using either a High or Low pressure Plural
component spray spray machines with impingement mixing. The extremely
fast gel time makes Polyeuro® family suitable for applications
in temperature as low as -20°F. These coatings have been extensively
used in various industrial, marine and commercial applications including
as a protective lining in ship cargo holds, primary-secondary containments,
clarifier tanks, potable water tanks, ware-house floors, decking,
balconies, automobile showrooms, Prop and Theme Industry, Movie
sets, steel-concrete bridges, lead encapsulations, structure steel,
bridges, and more.
The Poly-Caulk® series represents the line
of our Polyurea and Polyurethane self leveling 100% solids caulking
compounds for wide variety of applications such as interior-exterior
concrete control joints or repair random cracks. It offers application
specific products like Poly-Caulk® JF for Jet Fuel Resistant
and general purpose caulking compounds.
Our Staingard series embodies the properties of
Polyaspartic Polyurea technology. It meets the demanding needs for
superior color and gloss retention and as well as durability from
weathering and abrasion resistance.
For the arduous industrial environment Polycoat
Products offers especially formulated spray elastomers that are
tough and flexible. These 100% solids systems provide exceptional
hydrolytic stability and excellent abrasion, tear and impact values.
Today, Polycoat Products is being used all the
