Pure Polyurea

Polycoat offers quick setting, 100% aromatic and aliphatic polyureas that can be applied to properly prepared concrete and metal surfaces. The Polyeuro® 5xxx series is aromatic, non-color stable whereas the Polyeuro® 7xxx series is aliphatic color stable. These coatings less sensitive to moisture and temperature allowing applications in most environments.

Polycoat Polyeuro® 6881 is a slower setting polyurea whereas Polyeuro® 5502 NSF is approved as a potable water lining as per ANSI/NSF 61 Standard.

Low / High Pressure Hybrids

The Polyeuro® MPL family is a two component, 1:1 ratio, fast setting gel modified polyurea liner system for general purpose on metal, concrete, fiber glass and wood surfaces. Polyureo® MPL-82 is a specially tinted elastomer for roofing applications as a topcoat..

Polyurethane Spray Coatings

Polyurethane spray coatings are typically used as a coating or lining in water tanks, secondary containment and waste water management applications. Polyureo® 1050 H is ANSI/NSF-61 approved for direct contact with potable water.

Polyaspartic Polyurea

Polycoat-Staingard is a two component liquid applied aliphatic Polyaspartic coating with high gloss retention and UV stability. It is used as a topcoat over aromatic Polyurea, Polyurethane or hybrid coatings systems.

Caulking Compounds

Poly-Caulk® series offers Polyurea-Polyurethane plural caulking material for use on interior-exterior surfaces to repair random cracks and control joints. It offers application specific products in areas where downtime is limited.

Specialty Polyureas

The TuffShield™ series offers 100% solids, two component, high performance spray elastomers designed to give exceptional values including high tensile, high tear, high chemical and impact resistance in severe demanding applications demanding protection against abrasion and corrosion and hydrocarbons. Polyeuro® 8245 gives excellent high acid and base resistance.

Theme and Prop

Polycoat’s unique coatings offer an impact resistant shell that is spray-applied to add a durable, abrasion resistant finish to most lightweight foams, expanded polystyrene and most other lightweight substrates.

Polycoat offers a family of epoxy-polyamine and aromatic urethane primers that provide excellent intercoat adhesion.
