Product SeriesThe Polycast A Series comprises two‑component, 100% solids Shore A elastomer systems featuring customizable gel times—well-suited for casting large parts at room temperature without the need for post-cure heating. These formulations deliver excellent tensile strength, elongation, and resilience, making them ideal for tooling, concrete stamps, and flexible yet durable molded products.

Polycast A Series

Product SeriesThe Polycast D Series includes two-component, solid-cast urethane systems designed for quick processing and high-strength rigid parts. With Shore D hardness options from 55–80, low exotherm performance, and rapid demold times (3–8 minutes), these systems enable efficient production of durable castings in both tan and white formulations.

With zero VOCs, excellent abrasion and chemical resistance, and Shore hardness options from 60A to 95A/70D, these coatings provide durable, seamless membranes for demanding industrial and architectural applications.

Product SeriesThe U Series offers high-performance, room-temperature polyurethane foam systems designed for molding and structural void-filling applications, featuring broad density range (6–20 lb/ft³), fine cell structure, and flexible reactivity specifications. With easy hand or machine mixing, U Series delivers reliable performance without the use of ozone-depleting blowing agents, ideal for frames, floats, furniture parts, and design components.
