Poly-Fil® 22 is a two-component system consisting of a prepolymer (Side-A/ISO) and a polyol blend (Side-B/CAT) It is designed to be used for filling/flat proofing OTR Tires. Poly-Fil® 22 rides slightly harder than Poly-Fil® LP. It has a little less deflection which results in less heat build up while still providing a soft ride.

Poly-Fil® 30 is a two-component system consisting of a prepolymer (Side-A/ISO) and a polyol blend (Side-B/CAT) Poly-Fil® 30 fills the needs of most applications where tire flat proofing is needed. This product may be run at speeds up up 55 MPH for 4 hours. This is a reliable and economical material that will run all day long at 35 MPH.

Poly-Fil® 30

Poly-Fil® Aqua is a two-component system consisting of a prepolymer Side-A (ISO) and a water-based Side-B (CAT). Poly-Fil® Aqua is more environmentally friendly with less carbon footprint in the production process and is specifically formulated as a flatproof-polyurethane fill for exclusive use on slow moving equipment (up to 5 MPH) such as Aerial Work Platforms.

Poly-Fil® HP is a two-component system consisting of a prepolymer (Side-A/ISO) and a polyol blend (Side-B/CAT) Poly-Fil® HP is made for heavy-slow moving equipment where no deflection is wanted or needed. Stratocranes and high reach equipment are ideal applications for Poly-Fil® HP where stability and safety are paramount.

Poly-Fil® LP is a two-component system consisting of a prepolymer (Side-A/ISO) and a polyol blend (Side-B/CAT) Poly-Fil® LP is excellent for applications requiring a wider footprint for flotation type tires that need a soft ride for the equipment and operator.
