Curatives

Product SeriesThe HMDI/Ethers series includes aliphatic isocyanate–terminated polyether prepolymers (e.g., Pre-Pol® PC 70-90 and PC 70-70D) designed for high-performance elastomers. These systems cure rapidly (especially with Ethacure 100) to deliver high Shore A hardness, excellent UV resistance, and outstanding clarity—ideal for durable, color-stable parts.

HMDI / Ethers

Product SeriesThe MDI–Esters series includes tough, abrasion- and solvent-resistant cast urethane elastomers based on MDI polyester prepolymers. These systems cover a wide hardness range (60A–95A) and are suited for demanding applications such as squeegees, wheels, hammers, and FDA dry or wet food contact products.

Product SeriesThe Specialty series centers on PC 73‑60, a TDI-based polycaprolactone elastomer available at ~60A (MOCA cure) or ~70A (E300 cure). It surpasses traditional TDI/ester systems in tensile and tear strength, making it perfect for rugged cast components requiring enhanced mechanical durability.

Product SeriesThe TDI/Ethers series features hot-cast urethane prepolymers based on TDI/ether chemistry, offering excellent resilience, abrasion resistance, and dynamic properties. With Shore hardnesses ranging from 85A to 75D, these elastomers are well-suited for mining, wheels, custom molding, and other heavy-duty industrial uses.

Product SeriesThe TDI / PPG Series comprises TDI-terminated polyether prepolymers—specifically PRE-POL® PC 60-60 and PC 60-90—formulated for medium-performance elastomers, elastomeric coatings, and adhesives. These resins are versatile building blocks that deliver solid mechanical properties in cast or coated applications.

Product SeriesThe TDS/Ethers series includes a family of TDI/ether prepolymers widely used for hot-cast elastomers in industrial and specialty markets. Known for their high resilience, abrasion resistance, low free isocyanate levels, and processing flexibility, these materials span hardnesses from ~82A to 97A and remain among the most trusted general-purpose urethanes in the industry.
