Polycoat Products Announces New Facility in Bedford, Texas

POLYCOAT PRODUCTS ANNOUNCES NEW FACILITY IN BEDFORD, TEXAS

Bedford, TX, April 14 , 2019—American Polymers Corporation (dba Polycoat Products), announces the completion of a facility located in Bedford, Texas. Due to the overwhelming demand to manufacture more material and a need for increased storage, American Polymers Corp. has constructed this new facility next to its existing facility. In addition, the new facility will allow for more storage of raw material to minimize issues related to supply. This new facility will take on additional manufacturing responsibilities for their truckbed liners and waterproofing coating products.

American Polymers Corp. has increased its building footprint by 111,000 square feet, including 10,000 square feet of office space. This new building has 30-foot-high ceilings, 15 docks, two drive-in doors and special bays for bulk loading for tanker trucks. Equipped with Skylights, LED lighting, industrial-sized fans for ventilation and energy-efficient air conditioning units, the facility is energy smart. The walls within the structure are insulated for energy efficiency and noise reduction. The exterior landscape was designed with drought-resistant plants. American Polymers Corp. has openings for shipping/receiving personnel and certified forklift operators to distribute content between their two buildings located on the property. Polycoat Products plans to expand to 50 employees within the next five years.
