Product SeriesThe TDI/Esters series includes a range of two-component hot-cast urethane prepolymers (PC 50-71 PC 50-70, PC 50-80, PC 50-85, PC 50-90, PC 55-50D, PC 55-60D, PC 50-57, PC 51-60, PC 52-60) designed for industrial and general-purpose elastomer applications. With hardness options from soft (60A and below) to rigid (50D–60D), these systems provide excellent tear strength, solvent resistance, and durometer stability, making them a trusted choice for industrial rolls, molded parts, and specialty elastomers.

TDI / Esters

Product SeriesThe TDI/Ethers series features hot-cast urethane prepolymers based on TDI/ether chemistry, offering excellent resilience, abrasion resistance, and dynamic properties. With Shore hardnesses ranging from 85A to 75D, these elastomers are well-suited for mining, wheels, custom molding, and other heavy-duty industrial uses.
