Truck Bed, Cargo & Boat Linings

A liner earns its money the first time something heavy is dropped into it. Truck beds, cargo holds, horse trailers and boat interiors all take point impact, sliding abrasion and standing water, and a drop-in liner leaves a gap for all three to get underneath.

Polycoat Products manufactures sprayed, seamless modified polyurea liner systems that bond to metal, concrete, fiberglass and wood, at 100% solids with fast set and quick drying.

Liner Selection

System Ratio Select it for
Polyeuro® MPL-11 FR Three component, 1:1 Class 1 fire-rated — Meets ASTM E84 Class 1 Fire Test Criteria. Where the liner has to carry a fire rating: chemical process facilities, containment areas, cargo holds.
Polyeuro® LP-11 Two component, 1:1 Low pressure application. Truck-bed surfaces, utility vehicles, boat linings, horse trailers and mold castings.
Polyeuro® LP-12 Two component, 1:2 The 1:2 ratio version of the low pressure liner.
Polyeuro® MPL-11 Two component, 1:1 General cargo and containment liner. Seamless, tough and elastomeric, high build, quick drying.
Polyeuro® MPL-80 / MPL-90 Two component, 1:1 Cargo liners, boat linings and horse trailers. MPL-90 also covers walkways and waterproof decking.
Polyeuro® MPL-501 / MPL-558 Two component, 1:1 Further grades in the modified polyurea liner range for metal, concrete, fiberglass and wood.
Themecoat® 757 Two component, 1:1 Truck bed surfaces and industrial floorings, plus encapsulation of fiberglass bodies and polystyrene foams.
TuffShield® II HAR Two component spray elastomer Cargo containers where abrasion governs. Exceptional abrasion resistance, high tear and impact resistance, excellent impact dampening.

Typical Applications

  • Truck-bed surfaces and utility vehicles
  • Cargo holds, cargo liners and cargo containers
  • Horse trailers
  • Boat linings
  • Encapsulation of fiberglass bodies and polystyrene foams
  • Mold castings
  • Industrial floorings and containment areas

Common Properties

Across the modified polyurea liner range the systems are seamless, tough and elastomeric, high build, quick drying, abrasion and impact resistant, chemical resistant, and retain low temperature flexibility. All are 100% solids and bond to metal, concrete, fiberglass and wood surfaces.
